LOCALLY: Once your order is made, please allow 1 hour for processing and production time excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email/SMS notification that it is ready to be pickup/delivered. Once processed you will also receive a scheduled time between business hours.
Refunds
There are ASOLUTLY no refunds on the product(s)/service(s) purchased. Carefully select your product/service and ask us tons of questions before confirming your order.
Exchanges are subject to approval and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Customers from the Family Islands pay the return shipping fee to have the unused and unworn item exchanged. Exchanges are turned into store Credit torwards your next purchase.
Cancellation
Unfortunately once an order as been placed we are unable to make modifications to the order, including cancellations.
