All orders are delivered the day of purchase within the business hours. Absolutely No deliveries are done on Sundays. Any store orders made on Sunday can be picked up in store between business hours.

 

Any orders over $200.00 shipped to the Family Islands is Free Shipping.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter you shipping information correctly. 

All sales are FINAL. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to recieve additional information on returns/exchange.

You have a 7 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame,unfortunaty we cannot exchange any items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags/packaging attached.

Please allow 3-5 business hours for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Once you have placed an order you have 1 hour to cancel your order or to remove items from your order. Items cannot be added to an order once it is completed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays.

After your order is placed the shipping address can not be changed under any circumstances. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address and you would like it shipped to the correct address; you are responsible for the shipping fees or you may opt for a refund (minus the original shipping).
